JISU is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and experience.

To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients' needs, we have an appointment policy that we kindly ask you to review before booking your appointment.

Appointments

Appointments are necessary to guarantee a spot with your preferred stylist. We highly recommend that you book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during peak times. Our stylists are in high demand, and their schedules fill up quickly.

 We send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment Deposit Policy

10% deposit is required for Chemical services, and 20% deposit is required for Haircut appointments.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who is waiting for an opening. 
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 0493 167 097. If we don't answer, please leave a text message, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Deposits are not automatically refunded. To cancel and request a refund, please contact the store by Text or Call 0493 167 097 48 hours before your appointment. (No email)


The deposit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to other services or future appointments.

 

Arrivals

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals can cause inconvenience to both the stylist and other clients waiting for their turn. If you are running late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or offer a shorter service to accommodate the next client.

Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for hair cut service or 25 minutes for chemical service without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

 

Missed appointments

Appointments are precious commodities, and we kindly ask that you respect them. If you book an appointment and then do not show up, this is not only frustrating for the stylist but also means another client may have missed out on the opportunity.

For clients who miss appointments without sufficient notice or cancel multiple times, we reserve the right to require a full deposit to secure any future appointments.

 

Public Holiday Surcharge 

Surcharge 10%. 

Please note that this surcharge will be applied to all services during the public holiday.
