To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients' needs, we have an appointment policy that we kindly ask you to review before booking your appointment.





Appointments are necessary to guarantee a spot with your preferred stylist. We highly recommend that you book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during peak times. Our stylists are in high demand, and their schedules fill up quickly.

 We send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment Deposit Policy

A 10% deposit is required for chemical service appointments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for hair cut service or 25 minutes for chemical service without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

The deposit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to other services or future appointments.

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals can cause inconvenience to both the stylist and other clients waiting for their turn. If you are running late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or offer a shorter service to accommodate the next client.


Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who is waiting for an opening. Failure to give us adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or a deposit for future appointments.


Missed appointments

Appointments are precious commodities, and we kindly ask that you respect them. If you book an appointment and then do not show up, this is not only frustrating for the stylist but also means another client may have missed out on the opportunity. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit to secure future appointments for those who have missed appointments without adequate notice.


Public Holiday Surcharge 

Starting from 1 Aug 2023 we will be implementing a surcharge for services availed on Public holidays. 

The surcharge will be 10%. 

Please note that this surcharge will be applied to all services during the public holiday.
